An industry wide mass email came in and we'd like to share it with you. Love Damon or hate him it's clear the GorgeousBoys.com guys are using him for their own financial advantage in their weird flip flop, love/hate behaviour that's all about getting traffic by any way they can dream up. Interestingly, the GorgeousBoys server was down today and reportedly had to be replaced due to some weird "unrecoverable error" it somehow contracted.
In any case, the central issue here isn't Kruezer, it's all about the methods used to con people and scam traffic for the GorgeousBoys network of sites. Based on the data I've seen I'd say that GorgeousBoys owes Kruezer a heap of money if he's done for their traffic and click-throughs what is claimed. And I must agree with Kruezer, I wouldn't trust these Great Atlantic Media people either, especially in light of what Great Atlantic's owner Mark Wilson has apparently said to Kruezer in a number of emails being quietly circulated. Maybe they punk'd him or maybe Kruezer does have a plan within the plans as he says, but just the methods used by Great Atlantic Media in asking Kruezer to actually host his site on their servers with the now-obvious malicious intent of hurting his traffic chills my blood. These Great Atlantic Media people play rough, they play dirty, and I don't get their webmaster, Matt Conaster, at all with his preachings against Kruezer and claims of wrongdoing never actually backed up by anything other than anecdotal innuendo. It all seems like a plot to damage Kruezer by envious rivals, but their claims of hurting him don't hold water now that his site is back online, under his control, and climbing fast in the Net ratings.
The connection with some deceased guy named "Bud Foxx" also puzzles me, it seems he was paid to go on a crusade against Kruezer, discovered there was nothing to it, and was so shocked by the way he was being used by DK's enemies he had some kind of physical reaction and died. Now Conaster and his cheerleaders are blaming Kruezer for disrespecting this man's memory, a man who's known only for his hate campaign against Kruezer that went nowhere based on reasons Mr. Foxx never explained. If I were Kruezer I wouldn't express any remorse whatsoever. Bud Foxx was a hater trying to get attention off the name of Kruezer, and the fact he died in frustration doesn't change that.
Here's what Kruezer has to say in his April 28 mass email letter:

Recently I was asked to affiliate my site with another site, a new site ambitious and full of promises - but running critically short of click-through traffic. The Gorgeous Boy network has experienced a huge traffic and click-through spike since taking Grant Roy's alleged advice about demonizing Damon Kruezer, now it seemed they wanted to flip flop and make lemonade out of all the lemons. And who doesn't like flip flops? But there was a method in their madness, just as there was a plan within my plans.
Unknown to J1HM, I was asked by a national publication to go ahead with this affiliation, despite the ambiguous nature of their motives, in order to determine how far those jealous of Kruezer at Night's success would go to undermine and even sabotage it. The Advocate interviewing me for their current May issue was the motivating factor. I'm now a big enough target to attract national interest, and so a deal was struck for me to go undercover and play clueless.
The site owner, Mark Wilson, made numerous written specific representations and commitments to me, and of course I wagged my tail fiercely even though his 180 degree turn made no sense whatsoever. But one thing he said is true: GORGEOUS BOYS depends heavily on the continuing KRUEZER drama for its traffic - especially since Kam SCOTT and MJ Taylor haven't provided much of substance in many weeks.
But the promised money was not forthcoming from the site owner, and his webmaster Matt Conaster continued to allow the most vicious posts, even tying into the deceased hater Bud Foxx, proving malicious intent.
So I played along, apparently being deceived by the owner of the site, who was in an anti-competitive conspiracy all along with certain haters determined to ruin the Kruezer success story by any means available. The fact that the corrupt owner of the site involved - and his henchmen - tried to use the very same methods of deception, lies and misrepresentation of which they've accused me, seems not to have occurred to them.
It all played out Saturday night in a live chat hosted by the site in question - a chat which turned out to be nothing more than a gangbang in which I held my own and revealed nothing not already public knowledge.
During the time of my affiliation with the site, I was able to glean much information of value, which will be the subject of an upcoming investigative report in the national publication which hired me to do the research. My site is now restored back to the way it was in terms of content, with a bold new design pending now that my client is overjoyed with my upcoming expose of the site in question and what they tried to do.
Yes, the players who thought they were playing me were themselves played in a plan within plans. Who would EVER trust Great Atlantic Media and its sites ever again? Let me hear your views on this.
Result: More valuable publicity for Kruezer at Night, and a total loss of whatever credibility the scheming site owner and his site may have had. They stand for NOTHING except getting traffic by any means possible. A true moral and ethical abyss.
Even anti-DK people are telling me they may have agreed with the goal, but can't agree with the means, which are totally based on fraudulent misrepresentation and hypocritical in the extreme.
My point: The gay video industry and SOME of its associated websites and blogs are full of chicanery, double and triple crosses, and outright anti-competitive practices, as we have just seen.
I have no doubt Lady Karma will soon be extremely harsh with these liars and deceivers.
